Facility Setup

Each bank can offer various types of loan products for deals or facilities to its customers. Such different types of facilities can be configured based on bank’s requirement.

View

After selecting Facility Setup from the Facility Management module, user will be shown the main screen where the following fields with data will be visible along with add facility type and search option.

  • Facility Code
  • Facility Key
  • Facility Name
  • Status
  • Actions (Edit, Delete)

The search criteria for search option are as follows:

  • Facility Code
  • Facility Key
  • Facility Name
  • Status

Add

To add a new Facility Type, User will press the green “Add Activity” button on the right, after which they will be redirected to the main screen where the following fields needs to be filled and saved by clicking on save button. If the user wants to cancel adding a facility, then user can click on cancel button where the user views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option.

Facility code

Code Mandatory Auto-populated
Facility Key key is auto generated by system. This key is used to link this record to another record in other admin screens. Mandatory Auto-populated
Facility category code Category code to integrate with any other third party Mandatory Numerical
Facility name Name of the facility Mandatory Alphanumerical
Facility type This field is to mention if they facility type is funded or non-funded. Mandatory dropdown
Facility purpose Purpose of financing can be mentioned here. Values of dropdown will come from Facility Purpose setup Mandatory dropdown
Status Status is to mention if this is active or inactive. If this is marked as inactive, then it will not appear in the respective screens. Mandatory dropdown
Operational business segment Operational business segments that are available are listed here and user can choose those Operational business segments where the facility becomes applicable only for those Operational business segments selected Mandatory Checkbox

 

Edit

Clicking on the Edit icon (Action Column) as highlighted in the above screenshot which will redirect user to the screen where the user can make changes to relevant facility setup data and save the changes made. User cannot edit code and key. User can choose to cancel the changes made by clicking on cancel button. User views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option. Facility Code and Facility Key cannot be edited as given by the system.

Delete

Clicking on the Delete icon (Action Column) a pop-up displays prompting for confirmation if the user is sure about deleting the record.User can press “Yes” if they wish to delete the activity, and if they don’t want to delete then they can press on “No”.

Prerequisites Configuration

Screens to Configure (as Pre-requisite) Screen name Reflection in user panel Reflection in admin panel
  • Facility type – Hardcoded at code level
  • Facility purpose
  • Operational business segment

The above screen should be configured first to configure the limit policy management

Facility setup Deals/facility screen (Field Name: Requested Facility) This is reflected only in user panel
